| dc.description | A clinical case of a 56-year-old patient is presented. Referring previous diagnosis of grade four keratoconus in the left eye and right eye. Progressive loss of visual acuity was presented, the patient underwent keratoplasty due to irregular deformation of the cornea in both eyes. He currently has visual acuity in the right eye 0.1 and in the left eye 0.2. Complementary tests were performed, diagnosing keratoglobus. Atlantis double flat scleral lens was fitted in both eyes, reaching 0.7 visual acuity. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Se presenta caso clínico de un paciente con 56 años de edad. Que Refiere diagnostico anterior de queratocono grado cuatro en ojo izquierdo y ojo derecho. Se fue presentado pérdida progresiva de la agudeza visual el paciente fue sometido a queratoplastia por deformación irregular de la córnea en ambos ojos. Actualmente tiene agudeza visual en ojo derecho 0.1 y en ojo izquierdo 0.2. Se realizaron los exámenes complementarios diagnosticando queratoglobo. Se adaptó lente escleral Atlantis doble flat en ambos ojos alcanzando un 0.7 de agudeza visual. | es_ES |
