The present clinical case study deals with a 26-year-old female patient, referred from the ophthalmologist, who underwent intrastromal ring implantation due to the keratoconus that she presented in both eyes. The implantation of these rings reduces corneal curvature and improves visual acuity, but does not improve 100%. Therefore, a combination with scleral contact lenses is made, thus obtaining a clear vision. This option of lenses was chosen because it is the best option and more so when it comes to a patient who has implanted rings in the thickness of the cornea. This topic is important since it allows us to know what type of diameter I can adapt to the patient depending on the degree of curvature of each eye and why this type of lens was adapted.es_ES
