| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación permite demostrar que herramienta tecnológica incide como plataforma Cloud Computing en arquitecturas orientada al servicio (SOA) del GAD municipal de Urdaneta, de forma que mejore significativamente los procesos, la calidad de la información, y la disponibilidad permanente de los datos de manera segura y confiable. Es necesario considerar también que hoy en día existen empresas dedicadas a ofrecer soluciones informáticas ubicuas que permiten maximizar los servicios a través del internet, y con ello reducir la cantidad de recursos tecnológicos. Se utilizó como metodologías de investigación la exploratoria y de campo para evidenciar la necesidad a través de bibliografía técnica, concluyendo que la institución cuenta con un sistema informático base y la aceptación de mejora propuesta en el presente trabajo. | es_ES |
