dc.descriptionIn recent years, the processes of continuous training and academic training of teachers at all levels in Ecuador have benefited from technological advances and the adoption of new Information and Communication Technologies, which are included in the development plans of the Ecuadorian state, in order to guarantee a quality education with warmth. Thus, the Emigdio Esparza Moreno Educational Unit of the city of Babahoyo, in order to achieve this objective set by the Ministry of Education, has decided to cooperate in the construction of this Case Study in the design of the WEBINAR Online Training Plan for the pedagogical update to teachers of the campus; through online programs that are part of the new generation of Internet services (INTERNET 2.0) and learning content management systems (E-Learning). The research methodology for the present work has been considered descriptive and field, since it makes a study and description of the problems in training and continuous training, using the physical conditions of the establishment of the EU.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn los últimos años los procesos de capacitación continua y formación académica de los docentes de todos los niveles en el Ecuador se benefician con los avances tecnológicos y la adopción de las nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación, que están incluidas en los planes de desarrollo del estado ecuatoriano, con el fin de garantizar una educación de calidad con calidez. Es así, que la Unidad Educativa Emigdio Esparza Moreno de la ciudad de Babahoyo en miras de alcanzar este objetivo planteado por el Ministerio de Educación, ha decido cooperar en la construcción del presente Estudio de Caso en el diseño de WEBINAR Procesos de enseñanza en la educación Capacitación en línea para la actualización pedagógica a docentes del plantel; a través, programas en línea que son parte de la nueva generación de servicios del Internet (INTERNET 2.0) y los sistemas de administración de contenidos de aprendizaje (E-Learning). La metodología de investigación para el presente trabajo se ha considerado la descriptiva y de campo, ya que hace un estudio y descripción de los problemas en la formación y capacitación continua, empleando las condiciones físicas del establecimiento de la UE.es_ES
