dc.description | In recent years, technologies have been developing rapidly, allowing the student environment to develop in a more advanced way. Where it has allowed organizing and disseminating the teachings and knowledge in a simpler and more accessible way for all people who have an internet service, that now almost everyone has a basic internet service. As an example, we will take the current pandemic that forced all institutions to teach their classes virtually, and the institution had to find a profitable and not very complex platform to be able to teach these same virtual classes. These platforms to teach virtual classes, today already constitute a large part of a technological development that was not well known, since classes were normally taught in person, but that changed due to the pandemic and now teaching-learning of students, whether basic education, school, high school and university, is done virtually or as a last option there is also blended teaching-learning where the two virtual and face-to-face teachings are combined without putting the student's health at risk. In the market there are varieties of platforms to teach virtual classes, but not all of them offer the same services, therefore, you have to know which one to choose, and this will depend on the needs that the institution has with its students, teachers and topics that they have to teach. The present comparative investigation of two educational platforms to teach virtual classes which are: Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex, taking into account their characteristics, services they offer and feasibility that they grant to the institutions that use them. | es_ES |

| es_ES |
