| dc.description | This research analyzes the need and requirements to develop an inventory control system for computer equipment and software for the ICT Unit of the Provincial Directorate of the Los Ríos Judicial Council. It is important to highlight that at the operational level public institutions must have the implementation of systems that allow automating processes that lead to a significant change at the institutional level. The research in this analysis is descriptive-analytical, under a non-experimental approach; which gives as a result that this system associated with ICTs is essential to reorganize the inventory process of computer goods and software in this ICT Unit; Therefore, automation becomes essential to reduce time, streamline processes and therefore promote innovation at the level of the judicial function. Therefore, it is considered imperative to replace old technologies, which is also framed with institutional objectives contemplated in the strategic plan of the Judicial Function 2019 - 2025. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo se analizan la necesidad y los requerimientos para desarrollar un sistema de control de inventario de equipo informático y software para la Unidad de TICs de la Dirección Provincial del Consejo de la Judicatura de Los Ríos, es importante resaltar que en el nivel operativo de las instituciones públicas se debe contar con la implementación de sistemas que permitan automatizar procesos que conlleven a un cambio significativo a nivel institucional. La investigación en este análisis es de tipo descriptiva-analítica, bajo un enfoque no experimental; lo cual da como resultado que este sistema asociado a las TICs es fundamental para reorganizar el proceso de inventario de bienes informáticos y software en esta Unidad de TICs; por lo que la automatización se torna indispensable para disminuir tiempos, agilizar procesos y por ende promover la innovación a nivel de la función judicial. Por lo que se considera imperante reemplazar las tecnologías antiguas mismo que va enmarcado también con objetivos institucionales contemplados en el plan estratégico de la Función Judicial 2019 – 2025. | es_ES |
