dc.descriptionThe present case study, prior to the systems engineering degree, is oriented towards electronic commerce and the use of technologies in SMEs, given that currently the vast majority of organizations have some technological tool that allows them to either, promote your items or streamline internal and external processes. ICTs are considered as a set of extremely important tools in companies and although it is a resource which is still in a process of growth, without a doubt with its use it is possible to achieve the optimization of the processes of an organization to establish advantages competitive and position themselves in the market. In the same way, the measure was taken to resort to professionals using the explanatory research method, in order to deepen the necessary aspects to reinforce the present investigation and thus ensure that this case study has the necessary technical guarantee, in addition to the present case. study has theoretical information from reliable sources that allow to reinforce the author's opinion. Additionally, this document has its respective annexes, where the evidence of the participation of the interviewees is recorded.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso, previo a la titulación de ingeniero en sistemas, se orienta a el comercio electrónico y el uso de las tecnologías en las pymes, dado que actualmente las organizaciones en su gran mayoría cuentan con alguna herramienta tecnológica que les permita ya sea, promocionar sus artículos o agilizar los procesos internos y externos. Las TICs son consideradas como un conjunto de herramientas de suma importancia en las empresas y aunque es un recurso el cual aún se encuentran en un proceso de crecimiento, sin duda con su uso se puede lograr la optimización de los procesos de una organización para establecer ventajas competitivas y posicionarse en el mercado. De igual forma se tomó la medida de recurrir a profesionales usando el método de investigación explicativo, con el fin de profundizar los aspectos necesarios para reforzar la presente investigación y así lograr que este caso de estudio cuente con la garantía técnica necesaria, adicionalmente el presente caso de estudio cuenta con información teórica de fuentes confiables que permiten reforzar la opinión del autor. Adicionalmente el presente documento cuenta con sus respectivos anexos, donde consta la evidencia de la participación de los entrevistados.es_ES
