dc.description | The Business Intelligence (BI) Tools arise as a solution to the need to analyze in a combined way the information related to the acquisition costs of raw material to generate reports with a greater depth of analysis and make strategic decisions focused on the acquisition of raw material, forecasting the reduction in costs in the company Distributor Touma of the city of Babahoyo. Additionally, it will allow the current administrator of the company to have a fairer income due to the sale of their products without intermediaries, generating a latent opportunity to improve their income and quality of life. As a solution to the problem described, a Business Intelligence tool is proposed that provides information on sales, expenses and costs, profitability and, based on historical information, the amount of break-even sales, which gives the opportunity to design strategies. to reach that value on time. dc.description.abstract | Las Herramientas de Business Intelligence (BI) surgen como una solución a la necesidad de analizar de forma combinada la información relacionada con los costos de adquisición de materia prima para generar reportes con una mayor profundidad de análisis y tomar decisiones estratégicas enfocadas a la adquisición de materia prima, pronosticando la reducción en los costos en la empresa Distribuidora Touma de la ciudad de Babahoyo. Adicionalmente permitirá al administrador actual de la empresa tener ingresos más justos a razón de la venta de sus productos sin intermediarios, generando una oportunidad latente de mejorar sus ingresos y calidad de vida. Como solución a la problemática descrita, se propone una herramienta de Inteligencia de Negocios que provee información sobre las ventas, gastos y costos, rentabilidad y en base a información histórica el monto de ventas de punto de equilibrio, lo cual da la oportunidad de diseñar estrategias para alcanzar dicho valor a tiempo. Con herramientas de Business Intelligence (BI) se espera transformar los datos a los cuales tenemos acceso y que son clave para el desarrollo del análisis para convertirlos en información eficaz, que tenga la oportunidad de la toma de decisiones y aumentar el rendimiento, la sostenibilidad, competitividad y la rentabilidad del negocio. | es_ES |
