dc.description | Rh incompatibility in gestation occurs in patients with negative Rh factor, where the father is Rh positive, resulting in a product that will present a blood incompatibility disorder which will lead to hemolytic disease in the fetus. It is an alloimmune immunological condition in which the mother's antibodies attack the membrane of the erythrocytes of the fetus causing the disintegration of the erythrocytes. We present the case of a patient Rh (-), secundigesta of 28 years of age, her first pregnancy had a normal evolution and with prevention of the anti-D vaccine she reached her happy term, having her Coombs test negative and also the consequent vaccination was applied. In her second gestation the patient went to the obstetrical emergency because of pain in the hypogastrium, the patient did not present any symptomatology, reaching 39.2 weeks of gestation, being the appropriate time for its termination. | es_ES |

| es_ES |
