| dc.description | Postpartum depression during the first days is more easily identified and is of the utmost importance since the events that harm the mother help us to look for more alternatives to identify any pathology in accordance with the symptoms and signs that the patient presents. and thus reduce maternal and neonatal complications. Although its onset is not fully defined, it can be mentioned that postpartum depression triggers some of the biological, psychological and social factors that can affect the postpartum mother. | dc.description.abstract | La depresión posparto durante los primeros días se logra identificar con mayor facilidad y es de suma importancia ya que los eventos que perjudican a la madre, nos ayudan a buscar más alternativas para identificar alguna patología de la manera acorde a síntomas y signos que presente la paciente y así disminuir complicaciones materno neonatales. Aunque su inicio no está totalmente definido, se puede mencionar que en la depresión posparto algunos de los factores desencadenados de tipo biológicos, psicológicos y sociales que pueden afectar a la madre en postparto. Se presenta el caso de una paciente de 22 años de edad, acude por presentar cuadro clínico caracterizado por dolor en región lumbosacra, con gestación que corresponde a 37 semanas que termina en parto céfalo vaginal y que a las pocas horas del alumbramiento presenta signos y síntomas de trastorno mental psico psiquiátrico. | es_ES |
