dc.description.abstract | Los ingresos son un componente definitivamente importante dentro de todas las organización o empresas sin excepciones, debido a esto se requiere que el colaborador tenga cultura al momento de atender al consumidor, cualquier cliente que compra algún material es merecedor de un trato cordial, atento y servicial. Es muy importante que en cualquier empresa planifique cuidadosamente aquellas tareas que tengan que ver con el contacto directo con el cliente. Aunque muchas veces no nos demos cuenta, nuestros clientes son nuestro bien más preciado ya que gracias a ellos la empresa puede sobrevivir. Por eso, toda empresa, organización o profesional independiente debe tener claro que sus estrategias, acciones y objetivos deben de ir encaminados totalmente hacia el cliente ya que gracias a ellos obtenemos ingresos. El presente caso de estudio se realizó con el objetivo de conocer y analizar los factores que afectaron los ingresos durante la pandemia en el negocio, basándose en las aptitudes del personal, necesidades, expectativas, satisfacción de los clientes, teniendo en cuenta que son la parte primordial para el negocio y así poder alcanzar un nivel de ventas favorable, y la fidelización de los clientes. | es_ES |
