The methods to be used in this research are the deductive and analytical method through observation, interview and literature review techniques. dc.description.abstract | En el presente estudio de caso se realizará una comparativa de la cartera de crédito vencida de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Virgen del Cisne, agencia Vinces durante los años 2019-2020, lo cual cuenta con una problemática, la de los atrasos en los pagos de los créditos por parte de los clientes. En la organización existen políticas de créditos bien definidas que impiden de que se otorguen créditos a clientes que no tengan la capacidad de pago, pero en ocasiones los encargados de aprobar los créditos no realizan un estudio y análisis bien exhaustivo de los datos y emiten créditos a clientes con poca capacidad de pago, también al haber existido una pandemia, los pagos de los créditos de los clientes tuvieron atrasos debido a que muchos de ellos perdieron sus trabajos o se enfermaron, esta situación permitió que la cartera de crédito vencida y el índice de morosidad de la cooperativa haya sufrido cambios por lo cual se efectuará este estudio de caso con el fin de conocer cómo varió la cartera de crédito antes y durante la pandemia. Los métodos a emplear en esta investigación son el método deductivo y analítico a través de técnicas de observación, entrevista y revisión bibliográfica. Es viable la realización de este estudio de caso debido a que se tendrá un mejor entendimiento de la cartera de crédito vencida de la organización y cómo sufre cambios durante un acontecimiento natural. | es_ES |
