| dc.description | The Decentralized Autonomous Government of Montalvo Canton is a public institution, with administrative and financial autonomy, aimed at managing the sustainable development of its communities, through its plans and projects established in the annual budget. The objective of this case study is that the citizens of Montalvinos know the final destination of the resources assigned by the Central Government, for this, the descriptive and the documentary investigation method was implemented, where the level of efficiency and effectiveness in the management of its resources, for the fiscal period 2020 - 2021, in which it was possible to detect that there are inconveniences in the public contracting processes, specifically in the purchases that are made and in the contracts for works services. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Montalvo, es una institución de carácter público, con autonomía administrativa y financiera, encaminada a gestionar el desarrollo sostenible y sustentable de sus comunidades, por medio de sus planes y proyectos asentados en el presupuesto anual. El objetivo del presente estudio de caso, es que los ciudadanos Montalvinos conozcan el destino final de los recursos asignados por el Gobierno Central, para ello, se implementó el método descriptico y la investigación documental, donde se puedo analizar e identificar el nivel de eficiencia y eficacia en la administración de sus recursos, del periodo fiscal 2020 - 2021, en el cual, se pudo detectar que, se presentan inconvenientes en los procesos de contratación pública, específicamente en las compras que se realizan y en los contratos por servicios de obras. | es_ES |
