dc.description | The objective of this case study is the administrative process carried out by the Savings and Credit Cooperative Cta. Ltda. of the Parroquia La Unión for the recovery of the credit portfolio, considering as the main point the administration of the portfolio which consists of the organization, evaluation, monitoring and control of accounts receivable, all this with the purpose of achieving that payments are made in a timely and effective manner. In turn, emphasize various aspects related to the recovery process, such as the requirements, amounts to acquire financing and the type of notification used to recover the portfolio. It should be remembered that for this the characteristics of the client will be analyzed at the time the credit is to be granted, taking into account the socioeconomic level in which they are so that they do not fall behind in payments and also know what type of business who is going to invest the money if the case warrants it, and make them aware of the credit policies of the cooperative. Finally, it is important to mention that in order to obtain the aforementioned data, a field study is required in addition to a bibliographical analysis of the subject in question, in order to have solid bases that allow the construction of conclusions and recommendations oriented to the reality of the company. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo el proceso administrativo que realiza la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Cta. Ltda. de la Parroquia La Unión para la recuperación de la cartera de crédito, considerando como punto principal la administración de la cartera el cual consiste en la organización, evaluación, seguimiento y control de las cuentas por cobrar, todo esto con la finalidad de lograr que los pagos se realicen de manera oportuna y efectiva. A su vez, hacer hincapié en diversos aspectos referentes a proceso de recuperación, como son los requisitos, montos para adquirir el financiamiento y el tipo de notificación empleado para recuperar la cartera. Cabe recordar que para esto se va a analizar las características del cliente en el momento que se vaya a otorgar el crédito, tomando en cuenta el nivel socioeconómico en la que está para que no se atrasé en los pagos y también conocer en qué tipo de negocio al que va a invertir el dinero si es que el caso lo amerita, y hacerles conocer las políticas de crédito de la cooperativa. Finalmente, es importante mencionar que para obtener los datos antes mencionados se precisa de un estudio de campo sumado a un análisis bibliográfico del tema en cuestión, para así tener bases sólidas que permitan construir conclusiones y recomendaciones orientadas a la realidad de la empresa. | es_ES |
