dc.descriptionIn the present investigative work, the sales management of the company Farmadescuento SA was analyzed during the period 2020-2021, domiciled in the Vinces Canton, whose commercial activity is the sale of wholesale and retail pharmaceutical products through the 132 Cruz Azul pharmacies, which belong to this company, characterized by being leaders in their market segment due to the greatest coverage and points nationwide. Likewise, the analytical method was applied that allowed knowing each of the elements and factors involved in the increase in sales, the quantitative method consisted in the treatment of data such as the collection, presentation and analysis of sales during both years. Regarding the interview as a research technique, it was carried out through a questionnaire of structured questions in order to obtain information about the opinions and perceptions of the company manager, about the scenario that the company he directs faced during the pandemic and how this context affected the Cruz Azul Pharmacy chains belonging to Farmadescuento. According to the results obtained, it was possible to identify the inconveniences that it presented, such as supply problems, product returns, high turnover, customer dissatisfaction, among others, but it was able to handle each of these difficulties, for which it obtained a percentage variation. of net sales by 7.36%.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo investigativo se analizó la gestión de ventas de la empresa Farmadescuento S.A. durante el período 2020-2021, domiciliada en el Cantón Vinces, la cual tiene como actividad comercial la venta de productos farmacéuticos al por mayor y menor a través de las 132 farmacias Cruz Azul, que pertenecen a esta compañía, caracterizada por ser líderes en su segmento de mercado por la mayor cobertura y puntos a nivel nacional. Así mismo se aplicó el método analítico que permitió en conocer cada uno de los elementos y factores intervinientes en el incremento de las ventas, el método cuantitativo consistió en el tratamiento de los datos como la recolección, presentación, y análisis de las ventas durante ambos años. En cuanto, a la entrevista como técnica de investigación se llevó a cabo a través de un cuestionario de preguntas estructuradas con la finalidad de obtener información sobre las opiniones y percepciones del gerente de la empresa, acerca del escenario que enfrentó la compañía que él dirige durante la pandemia y cómo este contexto incidió en que las cadenas de Farmacias Cruz Azul pertenecientes a Farmadescuento. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se pudo identificar los inconvenientes que presentó como son problemas de abastecimiento, devolución de productos, alta rotación, insatisfacción de los clientes, entre otros, pero pudo manejar cada uno de estas dificultades, por los cual obtuvo una variación porcentual de las ventas netas en un 7.36%.es_ES
