| dc.description.abstract | El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado (GAD) San José del Tambo, es una organización de carácter público, con autonomía administrativa y financiera dedicada a gestionar el desarrollo sostenible y sustentable de sus comunidades, por medio de sus planes y proyectos asentados en el presupuesto anual, el objetivo del presente trabajo es que los pobladores conozcan el destino final de los recursos económicos indicados por el Régimen Central del Ecuador, mediante la aplicación del análisis e utilización de herramientas y técnica utilizadas se procederá a identificar si el (GAD) cuenta con controles presupuestarios, además se establecerá el nivel de eficaz y eficiente del presupuesto asignado inicialmente para la ejecución de los programas presupuestados.
