dc.descriptionGoats (Capra aegagrus hircus) are ungulates of the Capra subfamily, domesticated around the eighth millennium BC. C. The world goat herd is estimated at 720 million head. In Ecuador it is 178,367, mainly in La Serranía, and on the Litoral. Anabolism consists primarily of production and storage. The male goat's reproductive system consists primarily of the testicles, epididymis, vas deferens, scrotum, accessory glands, and penis. The testicles are considered the main genital organs with two main functions; the production of reproductive cells and the production of sex hormones. Spermatogenesis consists of the formation of mature sperm. Naloxone is an oxymorphone derivative with no opioid-like agonist properties. To carry out this research we are going to use interpretative and exploratory methods according to bibliographic data from scientific journals, web pages, pharmacology texts, and scientific articles; knowing that this exploratory data collection technique is the most appropriate for the documentary analysis of the effects of naloxone and its influence on anabolism and spermatogenesis in growing goats. The application of naloxone in daily doses for 93 days to 150-day-old goats results in an increase in sperm concentration and volume per milliliter of semen, with more than one anabolic effect throughout the treatment. It is important to determine the cost of using this product for the understanding and comprehension of the reader.es_ES

El rebaño caprino mundial se estima en 720 millones de cabezas. En el Ecuador es de 178.367, principalmente en La Serranía, y en el Litoral. El anabolismo consiste principalmente en producción y almacenamiento. El sistema reproductivo del macho cabrío consiste principalmente en los testículos, el epidídimo, el conducto deferente, el escroto, las glándulas accesorias y el pene. Los testículos se consideran los principales órganos genitales con dos funciones principales; la producción de células reproductivas y la producción de hormonas sexuales. La espermatogénesis consiste en la formación de espermatozoides maduros. La naloxona es un derivado de oximorfona sin propiedades agonistas de tipo opioide. Para la realizar esta investigación vamos a utilizar métodos interpretativos y exploratorios de acuerdo a datos bibliográficos de revistas científicas, páginas web, textos de farmacología, y artículos científicos; sabiendo que esta técnica exploratoria de recopilación de antecedentes es la más adecuada para el análisis documental de los efectos de la naloxona y su influencia en el anabolismo y espermatogénesis en caprinos en proceso de crecimiento. La aplicación de naloxona en dosis diarias durante 93 días a cabras de 150 días de edad da como resultado un aumento en la concentración y volumen espermático por cada mililitro de semen, a más de un efecto anabólico durante todo el tratamiento. Es importante determinar el costo de la utilización de este producto para entendimiento y comprensión del lector.es_ES
