dc.description | Probiotics are live microorganisms that generate various benefits in the host, this helps to reduce diseases and increase production. This product provides weight gain in the final stage, improves feed conversion and presents greater income gains, helping producers obtain better capital. The use of probiotics in pigs in the fattening stage is very helpful for producers because it will reduce diseases and with them losses. Probiotics increase immunity and intestinal resistance and act to enhance weight conversion, better meat quality, fat infiltration color and meat firmness. This document obtained information from books, websites, reports, theses, articles from academic journals, newspaper articles, among others. dc.description.abstract | Los probioticos son microorganismos vivos que generan varios beneficios en el huésped esto ayuda a disminuir enfermedades y aumentar la producción. Este producto aporta un aumento de peso en la etapa final, mejora la conversión alimenticia y presenta mayor ganancia en los ingresos ayudando a los productores a obtener un mejor capital. La utilización de probioticos en cerdos en la etapa de engorde, es de mucha ayuda para los productores por que disminuirá enfermedades y con ellos pérdidas. Los probioticos elevan inmunidad y resistencia intestinal y actúan para potencializar la conversión de peso, mejor calidad de carne, color infiltración de grasa y firmeza en la carne. El presente documento obtuvo información de libros, sitios web, informes, tesis, artículos de revistas académicas, artículos de periódico, entre otros, La información obtenida fue llevada a cabo mediante la técnica de análisis, síntesis y resumen, con la finalidad de que el lector conozca mediante un resumen la utilización de probioticos en la crianza de cerdos en la etapa de engorde.
