dc.description | HELLP syndrome is considered one of the main complications in pregnant women who present pre-eclampsia-eclampsia, although its incidence is not very frequent, it affects less than 1% of pregnancies, however, it is a health problem that can put The life of both the mother and the fetus is at risk, with timely treatment and delivery of the baby being essential to avoid complications. dc.description.abstract | El síndrome de HELLP se considera como una de las principales complicaciones en las gestantes que presentan pre eclampsia-eclampsia, aunque no es muy frecuente su incidencia afecta a menos del 1% de los embarazos, sin embargo, es un problema de salud que puede poner en riesgo la vida de madre como del feto, siendo fundamental un tratamiento oportuno y el parto del bebe para evitar complicaciones. Este síndrome se denomina HELLP por sus abreviaturas en inglés, se caracteriza por hemolisis, aumento de enzimas hepáticas y trombocitopenia es una de las complicaciones materno-fetal más graves durarte el embarazo, aproximadamente el 10% de los embarazos complicados con pre eclampsia severa o eclampsia son afectados por este síndrome. En el presente caso clínico se tratará de una gestante de 36 semanas de gestación que acude al área de emergencia del Hospital Básico Baba, por presentar un cuadro clínico de dos días de evolución caracterizado por una hipertensión arterial de 180/95, cefalea, dificultad visual, dolor en la parte superior derecha del abdomen, anemia, elevación de transaminasas y trombocitopenia. Ingresa al área de ginecología donde se aplicó un proceso de atención de enfermería eficaz e integral, brindando acciones de cuidado de enfermería a la gestante durante su estancia hospitalaria contribuyendo al mejoramiento de su salud, logrando la incorporación de la paciente a la sociedad. | es_ES |
