| dc.description | The present work is about the elaboration of a clinical case of a patient diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis, in which the main objective is to apply the nursing care process and the different interventions to improve the patient's prognosis, together with the medical interventions. The work is carried out through the follow-up at the 7 de Octubre Health Center, analyzing the clinical history and collecting data from it. In addition, the theoretical framework was elaborated through the search of different bibliographic sources. And as a result of this clinical case after the interventions, the following was obtained: the correct application of the nursing care process; the clinical case was followed up by means of home visits; the improvement of the clinical picture after the interventions was noted. Therefore, this clinical case became a bibliographic review guide for future works related to this topic. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo, se trata de la elaboración de un caso clínico de un paciente con diagnóstico de tuberculosis pulmonar, en el que se pretende como objetivo principal, aplicar el proceso de atención de enfermería y las diferentes intervenciones para mejorar el pronóstico del paciente, de la mano de las intervenciones médicas. El trabajo se realiza a través del seguimiento en el Centro de Salud 7 de Octubre, analizando la historia clínica y recolectando datos del mismo. Además, se elaboró el marco teórico mediante la búsqueda de las diferentes fuentes bibliográficas. Y como resultado de este caso clínico posterior a las intervenciones se obtuvo: la aplicación de manera correcta del proceso de atención de enfermería; se dió seguimiento al caso clínico mediante las visitas domiciliarias; se notó la mejoría del cuadro clínico posterior a realizar las intervenciones. Es por ello que, este caso clínico se convirtió en una guía de revisión bibliográfica para futuros trabajos relacionados al tema. | es_ES |
