Gestión administrativa en la Empresa Produagro S. A. en la ciudad de Babahoyo.

| dc.description | The current case study was carried out in the company Produagro S.A in the city of Babahoyo, a branch of the parent company located in the canton of Ventanas, the subject of study is the administtrative management that froms the essential bases in any organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the most important aspects of the organizational functioning practices of the aforementioned entity and thus be able to identify weaknesses that need improvement to achieve optimal organizational resuts. The methodological framework includes a descriptive qualitative project using two types of research: documentary and field; the method used is deductive through the interview as a research technique where information is collected from primary sources. The conclusions have shown that the investigations show that there is no efficient administrative management in business Produagro S.A mainly due to the inadequate application of administrative processes, which affects the motivation of colleagues and therefore their professional perfonmance. All these aspects limit the achievement of the company’s objetives. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El actual estudio de caso se realizó en la empresa Produagro S.A de la ciudad de Babahoyo sucursal de la matriz que se encuentra en el cantón de Ventanas, el tema de estudio es la gestión administrativa que forma las bases imprescindibles en cualquier organización. El propósito de este estudio es analizar los aspectos más importantes de las prácticas del funcionamiento organizacional de la entidad mencionada y así poder identificar debilidades que necesitan mejorar para lograr resultados organizacionales óptimos. El marco metodológico incluye un proyecto cualitativo descriptivo utilizando dos tipos de investigación: documental y de campo; el método utilizado es deductivo a través de la entrevista como técnica de investigación donde se recopila información de fuentes primarias. Las conclusiones han demostrado que las investigaciones demuestran que no existe una gestión administrativa eficiente en la Entidad Produagro S.A, principalmente por la inadecuada aplicación de los procesos administrativos, lo que afecta la motivación de los compañeros y por ende su desempeño profesional. Todos estos aspectos limitan la consecución de los objetivos de la empresa. | es_ES |
