dc.description.abstractLa gestión de ventas y el marketing digital en el Ecuador se ha innovado en estos años, con la evolución y en la forma como llegar al cliente a través de un espacio seguro y confiable más allá de la forma física sino de optar por las herramientas tecnológicas y expandirse más en el futuro, a través de ello es una de las facilidades del marketing enfocado a este espacio junto a una buena gestión de ventas. En este punto el Comercial Teresita sufre de una mala gestión en cuanto al espacio de ventas además de otros problemas internos como el trabajo en almacén, la rotación de inventarios, la comunicación por parte de los trabajadores además de la falta de liderazgo por parte del propietario, a partir de ello se utilizará métodos descriptivos, enfocado hacia la entrevista y encuesta hacia los trabajadores para recabar más información acerca de la disminución de ventas y mostrar los cambios rotundos por el descuido hacia los vendedores y el área de almacenaje.es_ES
