| dc.description | This proposal is carried out in the "CINDY" Pharmacy of the city of Babahoyo, with the objective of determining the incidence of administrative management in the quality of the service of the CINDY pharmacy of the city of Babahoyo, it is developed considering conceptualizations in relation to administrative management for a better quality of service, make a diagnosis of the current situation on the procedures that are carried out in the company and culminates with the design of an administrative management plan, since the pharmacy lacks adequate administrative management that affects the service provided in the pharmacy, therefore, with the application of the techniques and instruments of collection, survey questionnaire and interview sheet, it was possible to demonstrate the existence of problems that arise due to the lack of processes adequate to develop activities based on planning, organization, direction and control. So, the application of an administrative management plan will contribute significantly not only to establishing training processes for staff and administrators, for the benefit of the owner and both internal and external clients of the company. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Esta propuesta se realiza en la Farmacia “CINDY” de la ciudad de Babahoyo , con el objetivo de determinar la incidencia la gestión administrativa en la calidad del servicio de la farmacia CINDY de la ciudad de Babahoyo, se desarrolla considerando conceptualizaciones en relación a la gestión administrativa para una mejor calidad del servicio , realizar un diagnóstico de la situación actual sobre los procedimientos que se realizan en la empresa y culmina con el diseño de un plan de gestión administrativa, puesto que, la farmacia carece de una adecuada gestión de administrativa adecuada que incide en el servicio que se proporciona en la farmacia, por lo tanto, con la aplicación de las técnicas e instrumentos de recopilación cuestionario de encuesta y ficha de entrevista, se pudo evidenciar la existencia de problemas que surgen debido a la falta de procesos adecuados para desarrollar las actividades basadas en la planificación, organización, dirección y control. De modo que, la aplicación de un plan de gestión administrativa contribuirá significativamente no solo a establecer procesos de capacitación para el personal y administradores, a beneficio del propietario y clientes tanto interno como externos de la empresa. | es_ES |
