dc.description | The agricultural commercial AGROZUR located in the city of Buena Fe specifically in the streets of Gabriel Rivera and Ela Alava, is dedicated to the act of marketing agricultural products, the owner of the company is the SR. Guillermo Zurita, the company began its activities as an unknown business where all its activities were carried out by a single person, today it is one of the most recognized businesses dedicated to this activity in the city. The main objective of this project is to determine the management of the business leader and how it influences his staff, due to the growth that his organization has had over the years, forced him to have to hire a staff to help him meet the wishes of his clients, obviously the owner is not an expert in this function because he never prepared himself for this role, and as a result several shortcomings were generated that have harmed the organization. That is why another proposed goal of the case is to provide knowledge about this position to help you with your performance. An exploratory investigation is carried out to know the current situation that the AGROZUR company is going through, the inductive-deductive method allows to analyze particular facts or findings in the investigation, and then draw general conclusions on the subject, an assessment was made through an interview the manager, determining how the leader manages and if he is using all his abilities, and verifying that he motivates his followers. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El comercial agrícola AGROZUR ubicada en la ciudad de Buena Fe específicamente en las calles de Gabriel Rivera y Ela Alava, se dedica al acto de comercialización de productos agrícolas, el propietario de la empresa es el SR. Guillermo Zurita, la empresa inició sus actividades siendo un negocio desconocido donde todas sus actividades eran realizadas por una sola persona, en la actualidad es uno de los negocios dedicados a esta actividad más reconocidos en la ciudad. El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo principal determinar la gestión del líder del negocio y cómo influye en su personal, debido al crecimiento que su organización ha tenido con el paso de los años, lo obligó a tener que contratar un personal que lo ayude para satisfacer los deseos de sus clientes, obviamente el dueño no es un experto en esta función debido a que nunca se preparó para este papel, y como resultado se generaron varias falencias que han perjudicado a la organización. Por eso como otra meta propuesta del caso es brindar conocimiento sobre este cargo para ayudarlo con su desempeño. Se realiza una investigación exploratoria para conocer la situación actual por la que pasa la empresa AGROZUR, el método inductivo-deductivo permite analizar hechos particulares o hallazgos en la investigación, para luego redactar conclusiones generales sobre el tema, se realizó una valoración a través de una entrevista al gerente, determinando como es la gestión del líder y si está usando todas sus capacidades, y verificando que motiva a sus seguidores. | es_ES |
