dc.descriptionThe Government of Los Ríos is a public institution whose labor competencies are destined to guarantee the security of the citizens, stable democratic processes and the correct development of the public institutions of the province through active surveillance. The objective of the research is to analyze the influence of administrative management on the development of labor competencies. The methodology is made up of the inductive method, because particular situations derived from administrative management were analyzed. The types of research were field and descriptive; While the techniques used are survey and interview, which allowed obtaining the following results: the management of human talent has erroneous behaviors and attitudes such as absenteeism or lack of punctuality, document management lacks speed and impacts on internal communication and Institutional planning has constant POA-PAC resolutions, in addition, there is an erroneous record of information in the SITAC due to processes with errors or omissions, and internal management has not implemented training processes to strengthen organizational weaknesses in the Los Ríos Government.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa Gobernación de Los Ríos es una institución pública cuyas competencias laborales están destinadas a garantizar la seguridad de la ciudadanía, procesos democráticos estables y correcto desenvolvimiento de las instituciones públicas de la provincia a través de la vigilancia activa. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la influencia de la gestión administrativa en el desarrollo de las competencias laborales. La metodología está conformada por el método inductivo, porque se analizaron situaciones particulares que se derivan de la gestión administrativa. Los tipos de investigación fueron de campo y descriptiva; mientras que las técnicas utilizadas son encuesta y entrevista, que permitieron la obtención de los siguientes resultados: la administración del talento humano posee comportamientos y actitudes erróneas como el absentismo o falta de puntualidad, la gestión documental carece de celeridad e impacta en la comunicación interna y la planificación institucional posee constantes resoluciones POA-PAC, además, existe el registro erróneo de información en le SITAC por procesos con errores u omisiones y la gestión interna no ha implementado procesos de capacitación para fortalecer las debilidades organizacionales en la Gobernación de Los Ríos.es_ES
