| dc.description | The present case study is based on the fact that in the El Éxito 2 novelties microenterprise there is no accountant who prepares the budget of the entity, they do not have a person trained to properly handle budget issues, in this way the organization is affected. by not obtaining the desired profits in the economic sphere of the microenterprise. Due to this reason, it has been proposed as an objective to analyze the economic budget of the microenterprise and in this way a clear understanding of how the general administration of the entity is formed is obtained, since this is the main support for the microenterprise to have a long-term sustainable growth. In order to achieve effective administration, it is important to have suitable and trained people to fulfill this role in the microenterprise and thus improve its financial management. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio parte que en la microempresa novedades El Éxito 2 no existe un contador que elabore el prepuesto de la entidad, no cuentan con una persona capacitada para que maneje de forma adecuada los temas presupuestarios, de esta forma se ve afectada la organización al no obtener las ganancias deseadas en el ámbito económico de la microempresa. Debido a esta razón se ha propuesto como objetivo analizar el presupuesto económico de la microempresa y de esta manera se obtiene un claro entendimiento de cómo se encuentra conformada la administración general de la entidad, dado que este es el soporte principal para que la microempresa tenga un crecimiento sostenible a largo plazo. Para conseguir una administración eficaz es importante contar con personas aptas y capacitadas para que cumplan con este rol en la microempresa y de esta manera mejorar la administración financiera de la misma. | es_ES |
