dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio denominado “Proceso de producción temporal en la bananera orgánica Leche y Miel del cantón Jujan”, tiene como objetivo examinar la producción agrícola del banano orgánico, además de verificar las dificultades que se dan en la empresa, lo cual se utilizó varios métodos y una serie de información que ayudaron a comprender los inconvenientes de dicha plantación. Con la ayuda de una metodología de investigación descriptiva junto con instrumentos técnicos se pudo obtener una excelente información, a través de las encuestas y de la entrevista, realizadas al gerente, administradora y trabajadores agrícolas de la bananera Leche y Miel, en lo cual se determinó cada una de las falencias que fueron halladas en la empresa, con el fin de concluir de una manera exitosa el documento que emplea un método deductivo y ayude a mejorar la producción de dicha bananera, ya que padecen de dificultades climáticas que por lo general, es desfavorable para el gerente.es_ES
