dc.descriptionThe purpose of the case study is to have knowledge of what are the shortcomings of the administrative area of the "boyka Fitnes Gym" sports center. This company is purely sports and according to information extracted from interviews and surveys, the management that it has had throughout its beginnings has not been the most reciprocated. Producing complaints from users, this is causing nonconformity and complaints about the service offered by the company, thus highlighting the poor organization that is carried out by the administrative area, taking into account that the high customer acquisition is what benefits the development of the organization since they represent the fundamental income for any company in developmentes_ES

dc.description.abstractLa finalidad del estudio de caso es para tener conocimientos de cuáles son las falencias que tiene el área administrativa del centro deportivo “boyka Fitnes Gym”. Esta empresa es netamente deportiva y según información extraída por parte de entrevista y encuestas, la gestión que ha tenido a lo largo de sus inicios no ha sido la más correspondida. Produciendo quejas de los usuarios, esto a ocasionando que exista inconformidad y reclamos del servicio que ofrece la empresa, haciendo así que resalte la mala organización que es llevada por el área administrativa, teniendo en cuenta que la captación alta de clientes es lo que beneficia al desarrollo de la organización ya que ellos representan los ingresos fundamentales para cualquier empresa en desarrolloes_ES
