dc.description | Sales management is one of the key areas for organizations around the world and it has become increasingly important in companies. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance since the existence of the business depends on this factor. It should be noted that sales in a company are really substantial, since it prevents the entity from suffering economic problems and this guarantees that it extends to new markets. That is why this research work seeks to deepen and analyze each of the sales processes in the best way. The study is framed under the guidelines established by the Technical University of Babahoyo with which it has been tried to know the problems raised. dc.description.abstract | La gestión de ventas es una de las áreas claves para las organizaciones de todo el mundo y cada vez ha ido tomando una mayor relevancia en las empresas. Por lo cual es de suma importancia ya que debido a este factor depende la existencia del negocio. Cabe recalcar que las ventas en una empresa son realmente sustanciales, puesto que, evita que la entidad sufra problemas económicos y esta garantiza que se extienda a nuevos mercados. Es por ello que el presente trabajo de investigación busca profundizar y analizar cada uno de los procesos de ventas de la mejor manera. El estudio está enmarcado bajo los lineamientos establecidos por la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo con los cuales se ha pretendido conocer las problemáticas suscitadas.
