dc.description | The present investigation was carried out in the Piladora Gladicita is a company located in the Babahoyo canton, kilometer twelve, via San Juan, in the province of Los Ríos, its owner is Mrs. Gladis Flores, and its economic activity is the purchase and sale of paddy rice. The main objective of the research or study is to analyze how human talent is managed in Piladora. Among the main results found, there is no formal human talent management process, that is, processes are not used to recruit and select personnel, which generates low productivity in the company. Another relevant aspect is that there is no formal structure that establishes the levels of authority and responsibility of each person in the company. A descriptive methodology was applied through the use of an interview with the owner and a survey of employees. This research is based on what is established by the Commerce Career of the Faculty of Administration, Finance and Information Technology, for which the line of research was applied: Financial Management, administrative, tax, audit, control. In the same way, since it is a private company that is analyzed, the research subline is involved: Companies and public and private institutions. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se llevó a cabo en la Piladora Gladicita es una empresa ubicada en cantón Babahoyo, kilómetro doce, vía San Juan, de la provincia de Los Ríos, su propietaria es la Sra. Gladis Flores, y su actividad económica es la compra y venta de arroz en cascara. El objetivo principal de la investigación o estudio es analizar cómo se gestiona el talento humano en la Piladora. Entre los principales resultados encontrados, se tiene que no existe un proceso formal de gestión del talento humano, es decir no se emplean procesos para reclutar y seleccionar al personal, lo que genera baja de productividad en la empresa. Otro aspecto relevante es que no hay una estructura formal que establezca los niveles de autoridad y responsabilidad de cada persona en la empresa. Se aplicó una metodología de carácter descriptivo mediante el empleo de entrevista al propietario y una encuesta a los empleados. Esta investigación se ampara en lo establecido por la Carrera de comercio de la Facultad de Administración, Finanzas e Informática, para lo cual se aplicó la línea de línea de investigación: Gestión Financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoria, control. De igual forma al ser una empresa de carácter privado la que se analiza, se involucra la sublínea de investigación: Empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas. | es_ES |
