dc.descriptionThe present work is a clinical case study carried out during hospital internship practices, in which the problem of a 30-year-old female patient in a third-trimester state of pregnancy, who presents gestational diabetes as a comorbidity, was analyzed. The main objective was the execution of the nursing care process in the mentioned case. The bibliographic review, nursing interventions, based on the clinical history of the pregnant woman with gestational diabetes was used. The main results obtained are: It was possible to apply the nursing care process, in addition to the corresponding interventions, to prevent neonatal maternal complications. We conclude that gestational diabetes is a disease related to obesity and the patient's history. These cases must be referred to a tertiary care center that has intensive postnatal care to protect the life of the product.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo, es un estudio de caso clínico realizado durante las prácticas hospitalarias del internado, en la que se analizó la problemática de una paciente femenina de 30 años en estado de gestación del tercer trimestre, que presenta como comorbilidad diabetes gestacional. Se planteó como principal objetivo, la ejecución del proceso de atención de enfermería en el caso mencionado. Se utilizó la revisión bibliográfica, intervenciones de enfermería, basado en la historia clínica de la embarazada con diabetes gestacional. Los principales resultados obtenidos son: Se logró aplicar el proceso de atención de enfermería, además de las intervenciones correspondientes, para prevenir complicaciones maternas neonatales. Concluimos que la diabetes gestacional es una enfermedad relacionada con la obesidad y con los antecedentes de la paciente. Estos casos deben de ser derivados a un centro de tercer nivel en el que ese cuente con cuidados post natales intensivos para precautelar la vida del producto.es_ES
