| dc.description | The present work is about the presentation of a clinical case about a young pregnant woman with severe preeclampsia. The main objective of the work is the application of the nursing care process and the different interventions to achieve successful results that improve the patient's prognosis. In addition, it is proposed to carry out the nursing assessment according to the functional patterns and establish the appropriate diagnoses that allow us to carry out interventions on them. The methodology used for this work is the application of the nursing care process, in addition to the search for information through the clinical history and the follow-up of the patient in its different areas; finally the bibliographic review on the subject for the knowledge of the same. The results obtained after the interventions area: when applying the nursing care process, optimal results are obtained that improve the clinical conditions of the patient and her gestational product; the nursing assessment is carried out, obtaining the altered functional patterns on which the appropriate interventions are carried out; Nursing diagnoses were established according to their assessment. The clinical case resulted with good results, since it was possible to intervene effectively on the problem presented. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo, se trata de la presentación de un caso clínico sobre una gestante joven con preeclampsia severa. El objetivo principal del trabajo es la aplicación del proceso de atención de enfermería y las diferentes intervenciones para lograr resultados exitosos que mejoren el pronóstico de la paciente. Además, se plantea la realización de la valoración de enfermería según los patrones funcionales y establecer los diagnósticos acordes que nos permitan realizar intervenciones sobre ellos. La metodología utilizada para este trabajo es la aplicación del proceso de atención de enfermería, además de la búsqueda de información a través de la historia clínica y el seguimiento del paciente en sus diferentes áreas; finalmente la revisión bibliográfica sobre el tema para el conocimiento del mismo. Los resultados obtenidos posterior a las intervenciones son: al aplicar el proceso de atención de enfermería se obtienen resultados óptimos que mejoran las condiciones clínicas de la paciente y su producto de gestación; se realiza la valoración de enfermería obteniendo los patrones funcionales alterados sobre los que se realizan las intervenciones oportunas; los diagnósticos de enfermería fueron establecidos acorde a su valoración. El caso clínico resulto con buenos resultados, ya que se logró intervenir de manera eficaz sobre la problemática presentada. | es_ES |
