dc.descriptionThe case study is developed with the objective of analyzing the processes that affect the administrative management of the Ministry of Labor in the city of Babahoyo with the direction of the research line "Financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management" and subline "Companies and public and private institutions" of the Faculty of Administration, Finance and Information Technology, in addition, the Methodology for the development of this research is of a mixed type, that is, qualitative-quantitative paradigmatic, since it is necessary to consider all the aspects for obtain sufficient information that evidences the problem raised, in addition to the descriptive, analytical and bibliographic methods, while the relevant techniques to collect the information are the interview through the respective guide that is structured by questions applied to the administrator of the institution while The survey is carried out through a questionnaire carried out to internal clients (employees), once done, the processing of the data was carried out through office automation tools that resulted in problems related to the lack of consideration of the essential functions to adequately manage the resources, such as: the processes are not carried out in an orderly manner, the activities between the different areas are not coordinated, lack of knowledge and academic training on the part of the staff that affects the activities they carry out, reduced spaces and preferential treatment for clients, lack of monitoring and control on the part of those responsible, therefore, has difficulty in achieving the planned objectives, and carrying out its activities in an efficient and effective manner.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio de casos se desarrolla con el objetivo de analizar los procesos que inciden en la gestión administrativa del Ministerio de Trabajo en la ciudad de Babahoyo con el direccionamiento de la línea de investigación “Gestión Financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control” y sublínea “Empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas” de la Facultad de administración, Finanzas e informática, adicionalmente la Metodología para el desarrollo de esta investigación es de tipo mixta, es decir, paradigmática cualitativa – cuantitativa, puesto que, es necesario considerar todos los aspecto para obtener información suficiente que evidencia la problemática planteada, además de los métodos descriptivo, analítico y el bibliográfico, mientras que, las técnicas pertinentes para recopilar la información son la entrevista mediante la guía respectiva que se estructura de interrogantes aplicada al administrador de la institución mientras que la encuesta se realiza a través de cuestionario realizado a los clientes internos (empleados), una vez efectuada, se realizó el procesamiento de los datos a través de herramientas ofimáticas que dieron como resultado problemas relacionados a la falta de consideración de las funciones indispensables para administrar de forma adecuada los recursos, tales como: no se cumple de forma ordenada los procesos, no se coordinan las actividades entre las distintas áreas, carencia de conocimiento y formación académica por parte del personal que incide en las actividades que desarrollan, espacios reducidos y trato preferente para clientes, falta de seguimiento y control por parte de los responsables, por tanto, tiene dificultad para alcanzar los objetivos previstos, y desarrollo de sus actividades de forma eficiente y eficaz.es_ES
