dc.description | For the present investigation, the theme Human Talent Management was chosen in the Erikita Hacienda of the San Juan Parish, this hacienda is located in the Los Ríos-San Juan Province, it is a company dedicated to the cultivation of Williams variety bananas, with the purpose of export. For the development of its activity the company has 350, Human Talent Management is a matter of vital importance since it is the perfect complement to any company. Therefore, the objective is to know the Management of Human Talent in the Hacienda Erikita, because the main problems are directly related to inefficient management regarding recruitment, selection, staff training and the factors that affect job performance. The methodology used was descriptive, which allowed collecting the necessary information for the investigation, on the other hand, the quantitative method was also used, since information collection techniques such as interviews and surveys were used. The results obtained were based on the data provided through the interview and the surveys that were applied correctly, allowing to know the inefficiencies that the Treasury currently presents due to the inadequate management of human talent, these same results allowed the conclusions drawn in this case of study. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Para la presente investigación se escogió el tema Gestión del Talento Humano en la Hacienda Erikita de la Parroquia San Juan, esta hacienda está ubicada en la Provincia de Los Ríos-San Juan, es una empresa dedicada al cultivo de banano variedad Williams, con fines de exportación. Para el desarrollo de su actividad la empresa cuenta con 350, la Gestión del Talento humano es un tema de vital importancia ya que es el complemento perfecto de cualquier empresa. Por tanto, el objetivo es conocer la Gestión del Talento Humano en la Hacienda Erikita, debido a que los principales problemas están relacionados directamente con el manejo ineficiente respecto al reclutamiento, selección, capacitación del personal y los factores que afectan el desempeño laboral. La metodología usada fue la descriptiva, lo que permitió recolectar la información necesaria para la investigación por otra parte también se utilizó el método cuantitativo ya que se utilizaron las técnicas de recolección de información como lo son la entrevista y la encuesta. Los resultados obtenidos fueron con base a los datos proporcionados por medio de la entrevista y las encuestas que se aplicaron correctamente permitiendo conocer las ineficiencias que presenta actualmente la Hacienda por el inadecuado manejo del talento humano, estos mismos resultados permitieron las conclusiones redactadas en este caso de estudio. | es_ES |
