dc.description.abstract | El clima laboral dentro de las organizaciones es de gran importancia porque permite a las mismas contar con un espacio y ambiente agradable, por otra parte influye en la comodidad dentro del espacio de trabajo, si existe un clima laboral armonioso permitirá a los trabajadores aumentar la productividad, rentabilidad y cumplir con los objetivos establecidos por la empresa y si no existe un buen clima laboral afecta a las relaciones laborales y al rendimiento de los trabajadores; por lo cual, el objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar las causas que afectan el clima laboral en el departamento de ventas de Bell Novainser S.A. del cantón Babahoyo, a partir de la sistematización del fundamento teórico tomando como referencia el clima laboral dentro de las organizaciones y las problemáticas que se encuentran en el área a analizar dentro de la empresa logrando obtener resultados a través de las técnicas aplicadas que fueron la entrevista al jefe y las encuesta. aplicada a los vendedores.
