dc.description | The Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Vinces Canton is a public company, dedicated to providing services to its users who live in said canton, it is located between Sucre and 9 de Octubre streets, it is currently directed by the Mayor Alfonso Montalvan Cerezo. The present case study whose objective is to make known how efficient the staff that works in the Municipal GAD of Vinces is and to analyze how is the quality of the service offered by the company to the users, the research method that was used was the descriptive method, which allowed knowing and collecting effective information through interviews and surveys that were carried out on the mayor of Vinces and the users who carry out procedures or any other activity in the Municipal GAD, respectively. It is common knowledge that in recent years the pandemic caused a significant impact on people and much more on companies because we were not prepared for something of great magnitude and this is where most of the problems arose in the Municipal GAD of the Vinces Canton. Through the collection and tabulation of information, it was possible to show that user satisfaction is regular, this means that the company must improve so that it provides satisfaction to users efficiently and effectively. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Vinces es una empresa pública, dedicada a brindar servicios a sus usuarios de viven en dicho cantón, se encuentra ubicada entre las calles Sucre y 9 de Octubre, está dirigida actualmente por el Señor alcalde Alfonso Montalvan Cerezo. El presente caso de estudio cuyo objetivo es dar a conocer que tan eficiente es el personal que labora en el GAD Municipal de Vinces y analizar cómo es la calidad del servicio que le ofrece la empresa a los usuarios, el método de investigación que se utilizó fue el método descriptivo, el cual permitió conocer y recolectar información eficaz a través de entrevista y encuestas que se le realizó al alcalde de Vinces y a los usuarios que realizan trámites o cualquier otra actividad en el GAD Municipal respectivamente. Es de conocimiento general que en los últimos años la pandemia ocasionó un impacto importante para las personas y mucho más para las empresas por qué no estábamos preparado para algo de gran magnitud y es aquí donde surgieron la mayoría de problemas en el GAD Municipal del Cantón Vinces. Mediante la recolección y tabulación de información se pudo evidenciar que la satisfacción al usuario es regular esto quiere decir que la empresa debe mejorar para que brindé satisfacción a los usuarios de manera eficiente y efectiva.
