| dc.description | The purpose of this research is to analyze the inventory control of the micro company Productos Manabitas "EL SOCITO" in order to execute the administration in the micro company and thus know what the deficiencies that exist within it are. In carrying out this work, the descriptive method has been used, which has allowed analyzing points focused on the control of the inventories of the micro-enterprise in order to detect the problems that arise within it, through the application of the tool such as the interview, which was made to the owner and administrator of "EL SOCITO" through a variety of questions focused on the control of the inventories of the micro-enterprise, from which information was obtained on the method used to control their products. . The result obtained from this work shows that there are drawbacks in the control of the inventories of the micro company Productos Manabitas "EL SOCITO" in which the owner does not have the knowledge to apply an adequate control of their products in the income and expenses for bring better performance and greater profitability in it. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como propósito analizar el control de inventarios de la micro Empresa Productos Manabitas “EL SOCITO” con la finalidad de ejecutar la administración en la micro Empresa y así conocer cuáles son las deficiencias que existe dentro de ella. En la realización de este trabajo se ha utilizado el método descriptivo que ha permitido, analizar puntos enfocados con el control de los inventarios de la micro Empresa para así detectar los problemas que se presenten dentro de la misma, mediante la aplicación de la herramienta como la entrevista, que se le realizó al dueño y administrador de “EL SOCITO” mediante una variedad de preguntas enfocadas en el control de los inventarios de la micro Empresa, de la que se obtuvo la información sobre el método empleado para llevar el control en sus productos. El resultado que se obtuvo de este trabajo demuestra que existen inconvenientes en el control de los inventarios de la micro Empresa Productos Manabitas “EL SOCITO” en la cual el dueño no tiene conocimientos para aplicar un control adecuado de sus productos en el ingresos y gastos para llevar un mejor desempeño y mayor rentabilidad en la misma. | es_ES |
