dc.description.abstract | La Ferretería y Automotriz Chasi es una empresa privada con años de trayectoria dedicada a las ventas al por menor de materiales de ferretería y automotriz, tiene como objetivo conocer cuál es el proceso de abastecimiento con el que cuenta actualmente la empresa, para de esta manera descubrir cuál es el nivel de desempeño que tienen los trabajadores al momento de brindar atención al cliente.
Mediante un exhaustivo análisis que se realizó dentro de la empresa se pudo determinar que Uno de las problemáticas por la cual existe falencias en la gestión de abastecimiento de la Ferretería y Automotriz Chasi, es la inexistencia de un control de inventario y un sistema de facturación adecuado, provocando inconformidad y malestar en los clientes por desconocer la existencia del producto sea dentro de la ferretería o en bodega, debido a que no se puede verificar si existe o no, generando una mala atención a los clientes. | es_ES |
