dc.description | During the last years, labor performance has become a fundamental element within the organizations, the collaborators are the most valuable and indispensable within the company, they allow a good functionality and development of the activities that they carry out in any institution. Job performance refers to the quality of the service or work performed by the employee within the organization. Here come into play from their professional skills to their interpersonal skills and directly affect the results. However, currently companies forget how important are the employees and their good quality of work for the company to achieve its objectives as is the case of BanEcuador which is located in the city of Babahoyo, between Malecon and Eloy Alfaro, according to the respective investigation it was found that there is a lack of trained personnel, conditioning of the workplace, outdated and obsolete work equipment, which are important factors for the proper performance of daily activities within the financial organization. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Durante los últimos años el desempeño laboral se ha convertido en un elemento fundamental dentro de las organizaciones, los colaboradores son lo más valioso e indispensable dentro de la empresa, estos permiten una buena funcionalidad y desarrollo de las actividades que realizan en cualquier institución. El desempeño laboral se refiere a la calidad del servicio o del trabajo que realiza el empleado dentro de la organización. Aquí entran en juego desde sus competencias profesionales hasta sus habilidades interpersonales y que incide directamente en los resultados. Sin embargo, en la actualidad las empresas olvidan cuan importante son los colaboradores y su buena calidad de trabajo para que la empresa logre sus objetivos como es el caso del BanEcuador que se encuentra ubicado en la ciudad de Babahoyo, entre malecón y Eloy Alfaro, según la investigación respectiva se detectó que existe carencia de personal capacitado, acondicionamiento del lugar de trabajo, equipos de trabajo desactualizado y obsoletos, que son factores importante para el buen desempeño de las actividades cotidiana dentro de la organización financiera. | es_ES |
