dc.descriptionIn the research process carried out at the Ibero-American Basic Education School of the Quevedo canton, the study and analysis was carried out through the collection of information in person, through a field study using participant observation and field diary for the data collection of recreational resources used to develop social skills in a group of students in the sixth year of basic education. Understanding that recreation is considered a distraction activity that implies active participation both physically and mentally in the human being, it is for this reason that we have proceeded to investigate the forms of recreation that can be applied in a student so that I can improve his multiple social and mental abilities. Through this research, it has been possible to recognize the importance of recreation in the school stage since it provides the possibility of clearing the mind and improving the socialization process of the child in his school stage, and thus it is shown that executing different recreational activities they generate trust with their environment and in this way they also manage to activate their interaction with others. This research was carried out through a qualitative approach, with the development of a type of documentary or bibliographic research, it was governed by the scientific question How does recreation influence the development of skills of children in the sixth year of Basic education? As important results, it was possible to assimilate that recreation is a necessary activity so that the child can develop much more easily in their social environment, be it educational or family, and also teachers have more facility to work with their student group.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el proceso de la investigación realizada en la Escuela de educación básica Iberoamericano del cantón Quevedo, se realizó el estudio y análisis a través de la recolección de información de forma presencial, mediante un estudio de campo empleando la observación participante y diario de campo para la recopilación de datos, de los recursos recreativos que se utilizan para desarrollar habilidades sociales en un grupo de estudiantes del sexto año de educación básica. Entendiendo que la recreación es considerada una actividad de distracción que implica la participación activa tanto a nivel físico como mental en el ser humano, es por ese motivo que se ha procedido ha investigar las formas de recreación que se pueden aplicar en un estudiante para que mejoré sus múltiples habilidades sociales y mentales. Se ha logrado reconocer a través de esta investigación la importancia que cumple la recreación en la etapa escolar ya que proporciona la posibilidad de despejar la mente y mejorar el proceso de socialización del niño en su etapa escolar, y así se demuestra que ejecutando diferentes actividades recreacionales ellos generan confianza con su entorno y de esta manera también logra activar su interacción con los demás. Esta investigación se realizó mediante un enfoque cualitativo, con el desarrollo de un tipo de investigación documental o bibliográfica, se rigió bajo la pregunta científica ¿Cómo influye la recreación en el desarrollo de habilidades de los niños de sexto año de educación Básica? Como resultados importantes se logró asimilar que la recreación es una actividad necesaria para que el niño se pueda desarrollar con mucha mas facilidad en su medio social sea este educativo o familiar y además los docentes tienen mas facilidad para trabajar con su grupo de estudiante.es_ES
