The use of planned didactic strategies in the development and physical preparation of amateur referees allows to achieve proposed objectives with the minimum effort, time and resources, physical activity that a referee performs on the sports field is important, thanks to his preparation he is able to observe every move that the players make on the field and make the right decisions that directly influence the final result of the sports match. The physical preparation that the referee receives has to be optimal both theoretical and physical, thus reducing possible mistakes within the game, within their physical preparation activities related to body movement are developed, with the aim of strengthening skills and abilities that guarantee the harmonious and multilateral improvement of the athlete’s body. The referee’s physical training allows to improve his working abilities and professional performance by ensuring that he increases his capacity to absorb intense and prolonged loads, improves his volitional capacity, his overall coordination and indirectly their health and their disposition to the changing conditions that are generated within the climate or personal environment. The aim of applying the didactic strategies within the physical preparation is to increase your innate prowess such as Strength, Endurance, Amplitude of Movement, Speed, Coordination; within the established scope of your preparation. This allows us to know the integral level that the athlete can reach within their physical condition and the means we have to develop that physical condition are physical exercises.es_ES
