dc.description | This research work indicates a problem that is currently evident in the "Unidad Educativa del Milenio Carlos Alberto Aguirre Avilés" becoming the case of physical abuse and its impact on post-traumatic stress disorder in a then years old child, presenting symptoms at cognitive, affective, behavioral and somatic level. This process was carried out by means of applied methods and techniques in order to obtain the respective diagnosis and at the same time to verify that physical abuse in childhood significantly affects the development of a person, in this case in the life of the patient studied, therefore, the cognitive-behavioral therapeutic approach is proposed for the reduction of the symptoms found, improving the quality of life of the patient and that none of these anomalies found will later have repercussions in adult life. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo indica una problemática que se evidencia actualmente en la “Unidad Educativa del Milenio Carlos Alberto Aguirre Avilés” convirtiéndose en el caso de maltrato físico y su incidencia en el trastorno de estrés postraumático en un niño de 10 años, presentando sintomatologías a nivel cognitivo, afectivo, conductual y somático. Este proceso se lo llevó a cabo mediante métodos y técnicas aplicadas y así lograr obtener el diagnóstico respectivo y al mismo tiempo constatar que el maltrato físico en la infancia, afecta significativamente en el desarrollo de una persona, en este caso en la vida del paciente estudiado, por lo tanto, se propone el enfoque terapéutico cognitivo - conductual para la reducción de los síntomas encontrados, mejorando la calidad de vida del paciente y que ningunas de éstas anomalías encontradas, posteriormente vayan a repercutir en la vida adulta. | es_ES |
