| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo de este trabajo investigativo es brindar un valioso aporte a las autoridades del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Puebloviejo, ya que permitirá evaluar el manejo de los recursos financieros con el fin de determinar las falencias que tienen y a través de la evaluación financiera lograr la mayor eficiencia y eficacia en la administración de los recursos públicos de la institución. Los resultados del presente trabajo de investigación, contribuirán al mejoramiento de la administración de los recursos manejados del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Puebloviejo, por ende propiciar que la información obtenida, se constituya en una importante herramienta, para que las autoridades correspondientes tomen las medidas correctivas y decisiones adecuadas.
