| dc.description | The present case study aims to analyze the operation of the logistics process in the company Transpliplor SA, located in the city of Guayaquil, is a financial entity in which its economic activity corresponds to providing heavy cargo transportation services, in charge of the transportation of the merchandise of the banana exporting company "Sabrostar Fruit Company". This work shows how Transplipor has some drawbacks in its logistics processes, such as in the case that the transporters do not comply with the arrival time when the merchandise must be at the port. For the development of the research, the line of "Financial, administrative, tax, auditing, control interlaced with the sub-line companies and public and private institutions" was carried out, together with the type of "quantitative and qualitative" methodology that served as support for the collection of information, accompanied by the instruments of the "survey" and the "interview" which allowed to store the data required to carry out the present investigation. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio tiene como objetivo analizar el funcionamiento del proceso logístico en la empresa Transpliplor S.A, ubicada en la ciudad de Guayaquil, es una entidad financiera en la que su actividad económica corresponde en brindar servicios de transporte de carga pesada, encargada de la transportación de mercadería de la compañía “Sabrostar Fruit Company” exportadora de banano. En el presente trabajo se muestra como Transplipor tiene algunos inconvenientes en sus procesos logísticos, como lo es en el caso de que los señores transportistas no cumplen con la hora de llegada en que la mercancía debe estar en el puerto. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se llevó a cabo la línea de “Gestión Financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoria, control entrelazado con la sublínea empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas”, junto con el tipo de metodología “cuantitativo y cualitativo” que sirvieron de apoyo para la recolección de información, acompañados de los instrumentos de la “encuesta” y la “entrevista” las cuales permitieron almacenar los datos requeridos para realizar la presente investigación. | es_ES |
