| dc.description | This case study focuses on the inventory control analysis of the JG cabinetmaker's workshop in the city of Montalvo, where there are certain peculiarities that cause said process to not be carried out correctly, generating from a professional point of view the lack of logistics in the entity. The methodology applied by the current research is of a descriptive-bibliographic nature, because, thanks to the information obtained by the different instruments such as the interview and the survey, the inconveniences that the organization has is detailed based on textual supports. The information described in the current document uses the deductive method, based on a general conclusion such as the Inventory Control of the aforementioned place, extracted from the phenomenon that generated in this case study, in order to determine the particular problems that arise. have been raised in the entity, during the period established in the investigation, in order to expose the main shortcomings, so that, based on a technical perspective, those in charge of the premises, take the appropriate strategies. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso, se centra en el análisis del control de inventarios del taller de ebanistería JG de la ciudad de Montalvo, donde existen ciertas particularidades que ocasionan que dicho proceso no se lleve de forma correcta, generando desde un punto de vista profesional la carencia de logística en la entidad. La metodología que aplica la actual investigación, es de carácter descriptivo-bibliográfico, debido a que, gracias a la información obtenida por los diferentes instrumentos como la entrevista y la encuesta, se detalla con base a soportes textuales, los inconvenientes que posee la organización. La información descrita en el documento actual, utiliza el método deductivo, basándose en una conclusión general como es el Control de Inventario del lugar antes mencionado, extraído del fenómeno que generó en presente caso de estudio, con la finalidad de determinar las problemáticas particulares que se han suscitado en la entidad, durante el periodo establecido en la investigación, para de esta manera, exponer los principales falencias, para que con base a una óptica técnica los encargados del local, tomen las debidas estrategias. | es_ES |
