dc.descriptionThe case study is developed in the Cesarín Minimarket which is located in the city of Babahoyo, Muñoz Rubio citadel dedicated to the commercialization of various provisions with the aim of analyzing the inventory management processes carried out in the micro-enterprise, according to the line Research that is related to this topic is Financial, Administrative, Tax, Audit and Control Management while the Subline Local Development and Sustainable and Sustainable Entrepreneurship, followed by the use of the research methodology that includes descriptive, analytical, bibliographic and qualitative data collection that identifies and evaluates the characteristics, processes and factors that affect the inventory management system, through observation and interview techniques carried out using the respective instruments, observation sheet and applied interview guide to the owner of the premises that generates as a result The identification of the problem that refers to the non-development of merchandise registration processes according to the guidelines established for the commercialization of food and other products, lacks an inventory management system carried out according to the type of products and that allows determining the rotation of the inventory, followed by an erroneous purchase planning that contributes to a timely provisioning, as well as the establishment of adequate spaces for storage. It is concluded that it has allowed to highlight the importance of inventory management since it will contribute to the timely administration of the entry and exit of the merchandise and will undoubtedly constitute an improvement in the regular processes that will be reflected in the other areas and therefore in the results of microenterprise.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso se desarrolla en el Minimarket Cesarín que se encuentra ubicado en la ciudad de Babahoyo, ciudadela Muñoz Rubio dedicado a la comercialización de víveres varios con el objetivo de analizar los procesos de gestión de inventario que realiza en la microempresa, según la línea de investigación que guarda relación con el presente tema es la Gestión Financiera, Administrativa, Tributaria, Auditoría y Control mientras que la Sublínea Desarrollo Local y Emprendimiento Sostenible y Sustentable, seguido de la utilización de la metodología de investigación que comprende los métodos descriptivo, analítico, bibliográfico y la recopilación de datos cualitativa que identifica y evalúa las características, procesos y factores que inciden en el sistema de gestión de inventarios, a través de las técnicas de observación y entrevista realizadas mediante los respectivos instrumentos, ficha de observación y guía de entrevista aplicado a el propietario del local que genera como resultado la identificación de la problemática que refiere el no desarrollo de procesos de registro de mercadería según las pautas establecidas para comercialización de víveres y demás productos, carece de un sistema de gestión de inventario realizado de acuerdo al tipo de productos y que permita determinar la rotación del inventario, seguido de una errónea planificación de compras que contribuya a un aprovisionamiento oportuno, así como el establecimiento de espacios adecuados para almacenamiento. Se concluye que ha permitido resaltar la importancia de la gestión de inventario puesto que contribuirá a administrar oportunamente la entrada y salida de la mercadería e indudablemente constituirá una mejorar en los procesos regulares que se verá reflejado en las demás áreas y por ende en los resultados de la microempresa.es_ES
