dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso denominado Control de Inventario y Beneficios del Comercial Lucy Plast de la ciudad de Babahoyo, tiene como objetivo, analizar las falencias existentes en el local por la utilización de un método inadecuado para el manejo de entradas y salida de mercadería debido al aumento de demanda con la llegada del COVID-19 al país, que generó un alto crecimiento de negocios y emprendimientos por parte de la ciudadanía que utilizan los recursos y materiales que vende la entidad. Para el desarrollo del actual documento, se implementa una metodología de investigación de carácter descriptivo-bibliográfico, ya que, con la ayuda de las técnicas a utilizar para la recolección de datos como son la encuesta y la entrevista, se analizarán cada una de las particularidades encontrados de acuerdo al control de inventario de la empresa Lucy Plast, validando la información pertinente con conceptos existentes con base al tema principal usando el método deductivo, para validar lo descrito a continuación.es_ES
