| dc.description | The present investigative work is based on the administrative management of the company Mundijuegos Babahoyo branch, its main objective is to define strategies that improve the current situation in which the company finds itself. The method used in this research is descriptive, which in turn is qualitative and quantitative, where a survey applied to the employees of the company Mundijuegos and an interview with the manager Cesar Gonzales, owner of the same. | dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo se basa en la gestión administrativa de la empresa Mundijuegos sucursal Babahoyo, su objetivo principal es definir estrategias que mejoren la situación actual en la que se encuentra la empresa. El método utilizado en esta investigación es el descriptivo que a su vez es de carácter cualitativo y cuantitativo en donde se realizó una encuesta aplicada a los empleados de la empresa MUNDIJUEGOS y una entrevista al Gerente Cesar Gonzales Propietario de la misma.
