dc.description.abstract | El proceso de atención de enfermería es una herramienta primordial para brindar un cuidado indicado según las necesidades que presente el paciente, aplicando el PAE establecemos cuidados específicos que van a ayudar a la pronta recuperación del paciente. La ictericia neonatal se caracteriza por la coloración amarillenta en los recién nacido debido a la hiperbilirrubina que presenta el neonato con mucha frecuencia dentro de las primeras horas de vida. Este estudio se llevó a cabo en el Hospital Básico San Miguel, un Recién Nacido de sexo femenino de 36 horas de nacido con diagnostico medico de ictericia neonatal fisiológica, aplicando las taxonomías del NANDA, NOC Y NIC, las que favorecen en brindar cuidados específicos al paciente según sus necesidades, aportando a la recuperación del neonato; se dio seguimiento al caso del paciente durante 4 días de evaluación y control desde la aplicación del tratamiento ¨Fototerapia¨, tras a la aplicación del PAE en los cuidados del paciente se logró su pronta recuperación. | es_ES |
