| dc.description | The present clinical case is about a 53-year-old female patient who attended the consultation of the general practitioner of the General Hospital IESS Babahoyo due to pain caused by a varicose ulcer in the lower left limb, with exudate without a bad smell, and due to Complications are indicated to the patient who deserves immediate hospitalization, with which the patient refuses it. In laboratory tests it was observed that the values were normal, and Venous Doppler Ultrasound revealed venous insufficiency in the left lower limb. And with this result, the cephalocaudal assessment was carried out according to the functional patterns of Marjory Gordon and together with the physical examination, the nursing process was determined with the purpose of recovering the health of the adult and improving her quality of life. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso clínico es sobre una paciente de sexo femenino de 53 años de edad la cual acude a la consulta del medico general del Hospital General IESS Babahoyo por presentar dolor causado por úlcera varicosa en miembro inferior izquierdo, con exsudado sin mal olor, y debido a las complicaciones se le indica a paciente que amerita hospitalización inmediata, con la cual paciente se niega a la misma. En los exámenes de laboratorio se observó que los valores eran normales, y en eco Doppler se evidenció insuficiencia venosa en el miembro inferior izquierdo. Y con este resultado se realizó la valoración cefalocaudal según los patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon y junto con el examen físico, se determinó el proceso de enfermería con el propósito de recuperar la salud de la adulta y mejorar su calidad de vida. | es_ES |
